These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website and online ordering service of Leckaros Pizza & Grill. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation (by email or order confirmation screen).

All prices are in euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Any delivery or minimum-order conditions are shown before the order is completed. Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout (e.g. cash, card, online payment services).

Deliveries are made within the specified delivery area. Stated delivery and pickup times are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on workload. For pickup, we prepare the order for collection at the agreed time.

For the delivery of perishable food and goods freshly prepared for immediate consumption, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) BGB. Cancellation is only possible as long as preparation has not yet started. Please contact us by phone immediately in such cases.

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances when ordering.
